Women engineering the future
Our female engineers are building the future of work. Want to help?

Over the last decade, female engineer representation in the tech industry has increased dramatically.
And throughout Dropbox’s history, we’ve stayed laser-focused on creating initiatives, employee resource groups, benefits, and a greater overall culture that serves to promote, support, and empower our female engineers.

Our support initiatives
Project Maia
Project Maia is an initiative focused on retention efforts for women and URMs, equipping their managers to have direct conversations with managers on what changes, support, or resources they need to continue to grow their careers here at Dropbox.

Dropbox LEAD
Dropbox LEAD is designed to support early career high-performing women and URMs in growing their professional networks, strengthening relationships with managers, increasing visibility with senior leadership, exploring growth opportunities, and advancing their role at the company.

QA Social Circle
QA Social Circle provides engineers that identify as women, non-binary, or gender free a place to lean into their shared experiences and support each other.
