Even though employees are no longer working from an office everyday, meaningful in-person connection will always been a critical part of the Virtual First model. In additional to regular team offsites and Dropbox Neighborhood events, we now offer all employees access to On-Demand Spaces and more options for individual desk spaces, at no additional cost. We believe our employees do their best work where they want to work.
