Saying Witam to new Dropboxers in Poland
Earlier this month, the L&OD team led the first official meet-up for Dropboxers in Poland. This two-day event took place in Warsaw and formed part of a larger onboarding program to welcome Polish new hires to the company. We now have over 20 Dropboxers working in Poland, ranging from roles in EPD to Sales and Recruiting.
Participants explored the theme of empowerment through a series of talks and interactive sessions. As the team in Poland continues to expand, it’s essential that they feel empowered to make strategic decisions and use their voice across the company. Another focus was on connection — Dropboxers got to know each other better, align on shared values, and toast to their future success (Na Zdrowie!)
“It was wonderful to meet my colleagues from different parts of the company in person and bond over shared experiences,” said Engineering Manager Sergey Enin. Technical Recruiter Agnieszka Kowalczyk agreed, “It was so much fun! I got to meet my colleagues in person, talk about shared goals, exchange ideas, and understand better the needs of the Poland-based Teams.” For Product Software Engineer Kuba Pawlot, two aspects of the events that stood out — “the participants’ openness and eagerness” and “having the space to explore common values and the commitment to make Dropbox in Poland a great place to be.”
We’re so excited to welcome more Dropboxers to Poland this year!
