Role Description

We are looking for an exceptional DEI Program Manager to join us in building and scaling our diversity, equity and inclusion initiatives. We’re a small team working earnestly to build a diverse and inclusive culture at Dropbox. Reporting to the DEI Operations & Communication Lead, you will be responsible for supporting all DEI programs and initiatives, including Employee Resource Groups (ERGs), DEI learning programs, cross-functional partnerships, operations, and communications.
The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of delivering end-to-end programs in a fast-paced environment and collaborating across teams and functions through strong communications and organizational ability. While DEI-specific experience is not required, we are looking for someone who is passionate about creating a diverse and inclusive workplace and looking to grow in their DEI expertise.
Responsibilities
- Program management for Dropbox’s ERG program, including but not limited to: Operational support for ERG leaders, coordination of workshops and relevant meetings, ERG communications, scheduling, attendance tracking, and surveys
- Coordination of DEI learning programs, including vendor management, communications, scheduling, attendance tracking, and program evaluation
- Programmatic support for cross-functional initiatives, such as the Dropbox Mentoring Program in partnership with our Learning & Organizational Development team and Emerging Talent programs in partnership with the Talent Acquisition team
- DEI reporting, monitoring, and dashboard enhancements in partnership with Diversity Business Partners and People Analytics team
- Operations support for DEI team, including procurement processes and invoice tracking
- Communications support for key communication vehicles, including quarterly DEI Town Halls, newsletters, and annual Diversity Report
Requirements
- 5+ years of DEI program management experience with demonstrable experience supporting complex programs and infrastructures and ability to execute on end-to-end program delivery
- Ability to manage multiple projects and programs in a fast-paced environment
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving ability
- Ability to work independently with minimal direction
- Excellent organization skills and attention to detail
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally across teams and levels
- Experience in learning & development preferred, including program design and facilitation
- Bachelors degree required
Total Rewards
Dropbox takes a number of factors into account when determining individual starting pay, including job and level they are hired into, location/metropolitan area, skillset, and peer compensation. We target most new hire offers between the minimum up to the middle of the range.
Salary/OTE is just one component of Dropbox’s total rewards package. All regular employees are also eligible for the corporate bonus program or a sales incentive (target included in OTE) as well as stock in the form of Restricted Stock Units (RSUs).
Current Salary/OTE Ranges (Subject to change):
• US Zone 1: $119,300 - $140,300 - $161,300.
• US Zone 2: $107,400 - $126,300 - $145,200.
• US Zone 3: $95,400 - $112,200 - $129,000.
Dropbox uses the zip code of an employee’s remote work location to determine which metropolitan pay range we use. Current US Zone locations are as follows:
• US Zone 1: San Francisco metro, New York City metro, or Seattle metro
• US Zone 2: Austin (TX) metro, Chicago metro, California (outside SF metro), Colorado, Connecticut (outside NYC metro), Delaware, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, New York (outside NYC metro), Oregon, Pennsylvania (outside NYC or DC metro), Washington (outside Seattle metro) and Washington DC metro
• US Zone 3: All other US locations
