Content Marketing Manager

Team Description
Our Marketing team sets product positioning and strategy, manages product launches, and gathers customer insights. We’re responsible for maximizing our products' potential, in order to delight our users and help Dropbox grow. We partner with teams across the company, including Product, Sales, and Engineering.
Role Description
Responsibilities
- Generate ideas and edit content for DocSend’s website, contributing to audience-centric thought-leadership, product marketing, and service-driven content and their derivatives, such as social media and promotional assets
- Lead the development of content for new international markets
- Research and stay up to date on the latest developments in search engine optimization, content trends and user behavior
- Collaborate with Creative Strategists, Brand Studio, Integrated Marketing teams, PMM, Editorial teams, Product Design, Web Experience and other cross-functional teams
- Flesh out creative briefs and make sure content creators and stakeholders understand content purpose and goals
- Review and approve content drafts with a strong sense for compelling storytelling, strategic alignment, clarity, and brand style
- Publish finalized content via CMS
- Maintain content calendars, blog, social media plans, and rolling content inventories in partnership with other members of the Content team
- Direct and manage day-to-day communications and project tracking with creative teams, freelance content creators, and agencies
- Partner with project management team and external agencies to uncover and implement operational efficiencies in the content production process
Requirements
- Minimum 4 years of B2B (business to business) or B2C (business to consumer) content marketing experience content strategy, development, and production
- Exceptional story teller, idea-generator, and audience-centric thinker who also has the analytical abilities to act on insights and apply strategic planning skills to create a long-term vision for the content that’s generated
- Analytical mindset and the ability to use data and analysis to drive decisions, quantify impact, drive the right priorities and surface valuable insights for our team and our customers
- Team player who thrives in a highly collaborative environment and has a proven track record of working with cross-functional stakeholders to get the best results
- Results-oriented thinker who understands and is motivated by ambitious goals and KPIs
- Innately curious and eager to learn new things, with a bias for action
- Firm understanding of user experience and strong search engine optimization (SEO), and search engine marketing (SEM) skills
- SaaS, software, high tech industry experience strongly desired
- Experience developing content for new international markets and audiences strongly desired
