At Dropbox, we support an array of Employee Resource Groups (ERGs). These ERGs are voluntary, employee-led groups that foster a diverse, inclusive workplace in which all Dropboxers are heard and valued. They are open to all and offer a safe place to build community and celebrate our differences.
