The people helping us work better: How Dropbox employees helped define our culture

At Dropbox, we believe that the world can work better. But that starts with us: building a team that emphasizes the kindness and collaboration needed to grow. Discovering what makes our culture special, and how we can continue to bloom.

We went straight to the source and sat down with the team members across our 12 global offices in focus group settings. This was a global undertaking, to better understand the personalities, strengths, and unique aspects of those who decide to work for Dropbox.

And our team members had a lot to say: they’re people who prioritize their flexibility and freedom. Who are excited to collaborate with people in any context, and ready to break down the barriers between different teams. People who are willing to go the extra mile to make their team function better.
